Privacy policy

This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit studiobanchi.com and of people who write to us through the contact form, under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

2. What data we process

Data you give us through the contact form: name and surname, email, job title, whether you have decision-making power, and the answers you choose to give us about your brand, your worries and your deadlines. Please don't include special categories of data (for example about health) that we don't need to reply to you.

Browsing data: like any website, the servers hosting it automatically record some technical information (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) needed to show the pages and to protect the site.

Cookies and third-party tools: only with your consent do we use analytics and marketing tools. All the details are in the cookie policy.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

Filling in the form is optional, but without your name and email we can't reply. Refusing analytics and marketing cookies doesn't change anything in how you can use the site.

4. Who we share it with

Your data is processed by us and by the providers who help us run the site, acting as data processors:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and receipt of messages sent through the form.
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. / Microsoft Corp.: Microsoft Clarity.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Meta Pixel.
• Our email provider, where form notifications are delivered.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it to send you newsletters without your explicit consent.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Studio Banchi Ltd. is based in Hong Kong and some providers are based in the United States, so data may be transferred outside the European Union. For US providers, transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. 6. How long we keep it

• Form requests: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a collaboration starts (in that case for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law).
• Technical browsing data: for the time strictly needed for the security of the site.
• Cookies and third-party tools: for the durations listed in the cookie policy.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interest (articles 15–22 GDPR). You can withdraw your cookie consent whenever you want from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page: withdrawing doesn't affect what was done before.

To exercise your rights, write to info@studiobanchi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
